The role is primarily in quantity surveying, including pre and post contract QS, procurement and tendering; and to supervise their QS consultant.

Requirements

1. University degree in Quantity Surveying, with professional qualification HKIS or RICS.
2. Proven experience in public works and knowledge of NEC.
3. Over 20 years of experience in construction commercial management and contract administration.
4. Conversant in Chinese Language
