What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full Market Ownership: Develop and execute Navro’s strategy for Hong Kong. Own everything from sales and marketing to operations and compliance.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic sales campaigns and high-impact partnerships.
  • Strategic Sales and Development: Own, craft, and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy, driving expansion and market penetration in Hong Kong.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process - from lead generation to closing deals with C-suite executives - ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic relationships with fintechs, money remittance companies, and other financial institutions to enhance Navro’s market position and business opportunities.
  • Team Builder: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team. Shape the culture from the ground up.
  • Strategic Leadership: Set the vision, craft the go-to-market strategy, and execute with precision.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand Navro’s footprint.
  • Operational Excellence: Build efficient, scalable processes that support growth without the bureaucracy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer operations to align strategies, drive innovation, and deliver solutions for enterprise customers. Leverage clear communication and teamwork to streamline workflows, resolve challenges, and ensure successful execution of new customer go-lives or existing customer up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Reporting: Attend tradeshows, source leads, and follow the sales process while providing detailed reports to the sales management team.
  • Feedback and Strategy Adjustment: Provide actionable insights and feedback to the leadership team about pipeline status, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client retention, contractual health, and overall satisfaction through proactive management and support.
  • Communication Facilitation: Strengthen the connection between customers and Navro’s back-office services to streamline communication and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships with regulators, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Brand Leadership: Position Navro as a leading Fintech brand in Hong Kong. Be the face of the company in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales and Operational Leadership: Previous experience in a Sales role is critical, with proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to run entire country operations.
  • Industry Acumen: Ability to engage in solution-oriented discussions with senior leaders across APAC, including mutual funds, pension funds, and insurance funds.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: You think big but know how to get into the weeds and make things happen.
  • Hands-On Approach: You can shift seamlessly from high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution—whether leading sales processes, optimising operations, or closing deals.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders of financial institutions.
  • Product & Market Insight: Quick to learn Navro’s offerings and articulate our value propositions in the market.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Experience leading the entire sales lifecycle, including accurate forecasting, managing Salesforce, and driving sales meetings.
  • Market Insight: Ability to identify market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership & Integrity: Decisive, persuasive, and driven by a high sense of accountability and reliability.
