Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Client Service Lead to help grow the FS Practice, identify and execute go-to-market campaigns and manage client coverage to win strategic deals
• To originate technology services and implementation opportunities for dedicated key financial services accounts
• Collaborate with other Line of Businesses & Project Delivery colleagues across NCS Group to lead, shape and structure client propositions
• Develop and execute client engagements to drive the opportunities from origination to implementation to operational support
• Analyze and recommend to key clients on strategic initiatives in order to deliver business transformations
• Provide sound technical and domain expertise to support pre-sales and solutioning activities
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of business propositions and solutions to our clients

Qualifications:

• A degree in business or technology faculty from a well-established university
• Around 5-10 years of post-qualification IT experiences, including at least 3 years of experiences in the FSI industry is preferred
• Demonstrate experience in handling client stakeholders in a complex environment
• Led and/or participated in business development and/or project delivery experience
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and logical thinking abilities
• Prior management consulting experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent in presentation and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English is a must
