Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in ensuring smooth operation of the Library in MTR Academy
- Maintain and manage learning materials by proper cataloguing and house-keeping via the library system
- Respond to users’ ad hoc requests and assist researching /locating materials
including but not limited to acquisitions, archival collections, book selection, borrowers registration, loan processes, document management
- Conduct library service briefing to new students
Requirements
- Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Good knowledge of library systems for learning materials cataloguing
- Be meticulous and able to work independently with good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on 2-year renewable contract terms
- Remuneration: HK$90 per hour
- Working Hours: At least 6 hours per week, subject to mutual agreement and operational needs
- Working location: MTR Academy, Hung Hom Centre, MTR Hung Hom Building
