Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across our business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, team leadership, and a passion for fashion, cafe and floral with a regional insight.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:  Formulate and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies that maximize synergies across business units, driving alignment with company goals.
  • Team Development:  Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and creative professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Budget Management:  Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and delivering measurable results within budgetary constraints.
  • Campaign Oversight:  Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Market Research:  Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and benchmark competitor campaigns, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Communications Strategy:  Develop and implement robust communication strategies to effectively convey brand messages to customers.
  • Digital:  Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels (eg. SEO, SEM, Social Media and Email marketing)
  • Creative Direction:  Provide strategic direction to the Creative Team on all communication-related issues, ensuing cohesive messaging.
  • Crisis Management:  Take a leadership role in addressing emergency and crisis communications, ensuring brand reputation is protected
  • Customer Engagement Events:  Initiate and organize online and offline CRM events to cultivate customer interest, encourage participation, and strengthen loyalty.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related design discipline.
  • Experience:  Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing
  • Storytelling Ability:  Exceptional storytelling skills with a deep passion for the brand and French culture.
  • Creativity & Innovation:  Creative and innovative mindset with a strong fashion sense and an understanding of market trend in the region
  • Adaptability:   Ability to stay current marketing trend and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Leadership Skills:  A team player and with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
