Manage the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution throughout the project cycle, from development, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling to implementation and roll-out
Provide cost control and analytical services for the Programme and manage the development and maintenance of detailed project estimates, budgets and resource plans
Provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of current work processes by leveraging the latest technology and market best practices
Support the planning and execution of change management activities for stakeholder engagement and communication
Maintain clarity on project status, present updates and report to stakeholders clearly and consistently, as well as coordinate between the Programme requirements and the service providers
Closely monitor and evaluate the performance of the prime system integrator, ensuring adherence to quality standards and programme baseline
Review and accept deliverables to ensure adherence to predefined criteria and support project objectives
Requirements
Degree in IT or Finance related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years should be at senior supervisory level
Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and the associated business transformation projects
Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management and problem-solving skills
Solid in-house functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, and or Inventory Management
Possession of a recognized professional qualification in IT or Project Management is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with good command in both English and Cantonese
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year contract terms
