Director, Asset Management Department (Fixed Income)

崗位職責:

Job Responsibilities:

1. 協助部門負責人推進各固定收益類投資項目的管理與執行工作，帶領團隊完成固定收益業務的營運指標

1.Assist department heads to promote the management and execution of various fixed income investment projects, and lead the team to complete the operational indicators of fixed income business.

2.負責固定收益業務的策略研究、投資標的分析、交易執行及持倉管理等工作，推動固定收益類產品的開發、推廣、募集和管理，拓展業務渠道，提升管理規模

2.Responsible for the strategic research, investment target analysis, transaction execution and position management of fixed income business, promote the development, promotion, fundraising and management of fixed income products, expand business channels and improve management scale.

3.負責與金融機構、企業等建立及維護良好的合作關係，拓展業務資源，為固定收益業務的發展提供支援

3.Responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with financial institutions and enterprises, expanding business resources, and providing support for the development of fixed income business.

4.定期向管理階層報告固定收益業務的進度、投資組合的風險狀況及收益情況，為決策提供依據

4.Regularly report to the management on the progress of the fixed income business, the risk status and returns of the investment portfolio to provide a basis for decision-making.

5.處理上級委派的其他任務

5.Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.

任職資格：

Qualifications:

1.持有商業管理、經濟、金融或會計相關領域學士學位或以上學歷

1.Hold a bachelor's degree or above in business management, economics, finance or accounting related fields.

2.持有FRM、CFA、CPA或相關專業資格者優先

2.Applicants holding FRM, CFA, CPA or related professional qualifications are preferred.

3.具備8年或以上債劵投資交易、資産管理等相關工作經驗，有獨立管理投資帳戶的經驗及良好的投資業績

3.Have 8 or more years of relevant work experience in bond investment transactions, asset management, etc., have experience in independently managing investment accounts and have good investment performance.

4.具備符合擔任證監會第4類、第9類受規管活動負責人牌照的任職條件

4.Meet the qualifications for holding the position of person in charge of Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities of the Securities and Futures Commission.

5.具備穩固及豐富的債券交易經驗及良好的企業分析技巧

5.Have solid and rich bond trading experience and good corporate analysis skills.

6.具備良好的中英語讀寫能力

6.Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.

7.具備良好的團隊協作精神、表達能力、組織能力及溝通能力

7.Have good teamwork spirit, expression skills, organizational skills and communication skills.
