Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at LYC Partners in Hong Kong SAR. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting executive searches, assessing the leadership needs of client organizations, providing market intelligence and industry insights, and ensuring confidentiality and precision in every search. The Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, culture, and aspirations in order to build successful leadership teams that drive organizational success.
