We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven (Freelance) Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our cigar distribution business within the hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the F&B, hospitality, and restaurant sectors in Hong Kong to drive revenue growth.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present product offerings, and close sales.
Market Expansion: Identify and assess potential markets for expansion, and develop strategies to penetrate these markets successfully.
Follow-up and Closing: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects, effectively addressing their concerns to facilitate closing sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors in Hong Kong
Knowledge of the cigar industry and market trends is a big plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
