韩国社群CS-韩语客服
岗位职责:
1、CS负责社群中的日常维护和代理的对接,代理问题的接受和双向反馈,以及平台词条翻译维护。
岗位要求:
1、会讲中文、韩语作为工作语言(可以是中国人也可以是韩国人);
2、熟悉区块链金融行业,且中文可以作为工作语言。
3、必须有1年以上行业cs经验。
4、有mexc/bingx/tapbit的社群(tg)CS会优先考虑。
工作时间:周一到周六晚上7-11点,周日不需要上班
Korean community CS-Korean customer service
Job Responsibilities:
1. CS is responsible for daily maintenance in the community and connection with agents, acceptance and two-way feedback of agent issues, and translation and maintenance of platform entries.
Job requirements:
1. Can speak Chinese and Korean as working languages (can be Chinese or Korean);2
. Familiar with the blockchain financial industry, and Chinese can be used as a working language.3
. Must have more than 1 year of industry CS experience.4
. CS in communities with meexc/bingx/tapbit (tg) will be given priority.W
Working hours: Monday to Saturday 7-11pm, no need to work on Sunday
