Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with overseas sales units and internal departments to facilitate the business workflow for Carrier partners
• Prepare key business and analytical reports including revenue, billing, to facilitate oversea key partnership development, service operations, monitor target achievement and process improvement
• Prepare management report and support strategy analysis to facilitate customer meeting and internal reporting
• Manage customer account list and prepare relevant reports
• Analyze and interpret business and financial statistics
• Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
• Occasional traveling required

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Studies, finance or related subject
• 4 years working experiences of service operations support in large enterprises. Experiences to work in telecom industry would be an advantage.
• Good communication and detail minded
• Self-motivated, energetic and a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Project Management experience in telecom industry is a plus
