The Opportunity:

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for skincare and a knack for building strong relationships? Suu Balm Hong Kong is looking for a proactive and hands-on Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team!


In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, managing key retail accounts, and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen our presence in the competitive Hong Kong market. Key Responsibilities:

1.   Retail Key Account Management:

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers and senior management.

·    Negotiate agreements, contracts, and trading terms to ensure a profitable and sustainable business model for Suu Balm.

·    Secure optimal product placement, planograms, and secondary displays in partner retailers.

·    Oversee merchandising services to ensure flawless execution of in-store plans


2.   Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Suu Balm’s reach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve annual targets.
  • Enhance brand visibility through in-store marketing mechanics, events, pop-ups, and roadshows.
  • Support local brand marketing activities as needed.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and adjust plans to maximize results.


3.   Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports.


4.   Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with local and regional teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to achieve sales and expansion goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align strategies and drive business success.


5.   Customer Service and Support:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide product training and support to key accounts to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.



What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education:  Strong academic background demonstrating high achievement.
  • Experience:  At least 2-3 years of experience managing retail key accounts, preferably with retail pharmacies (Mannings & Watsons). Relevant experience in other retail sectors will also be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Language:  Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
