Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in writing and editing text for promotion materials and exhibitions
• Provide marketing and promotional strategies and support for websites and social media platforms
• Take photographs and edit videos for exhibitions
• Assisting day-to-day running of the art space, including managing the artwork sales flow
• To perform excellent customer service to clients viewing exhibitions
• Assist in operational and art logistic related works

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Mature, outgoing and responsible with pleasant personality
• Be highly-organized and detail-oriented with strong initiative skills
• Willing to attend offsite and non office hour events
• At least 1 year relevant experience

Education:
Recognized university bachelor degree in arts, journalism, marketing or related discipline.

Computer Skills:
Mac, Microsoft Office, Photoshop

Work Location:
Hong Kong Island
