Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall architecture planning, strategic design, and daily operational support of the company's network, and provide comprehensive technical support. Conduct in-depth research on the office network architecture and explore technological innovation and optimization.
• Manage and maintain various network devices such as Cisco and H3C, possess advanced configuration management skills, and be able to configure and optimize mainstream network devices like switches and routers.
• Be proficient in using a variety of advanced network troubleshooting tools and analysis software, have excellent capabilities in network fault diagnosis, precise location identification, and efficient problem resolution, and be able to quickly address various complex network issues.
• Continuously optimize the performance of the network system, conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, develop and implement innovative network solutions to meet the diverse needs of business development.
• Be familiar with the standards and procedures of network cabling, efficiently manage data center facilities, actively cooperate in the implementation of network optimization and data center-related projects, and ensure the smooth progress and delivery of projects.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Track cutting-edge technologies and trends, assess their potential applications, and conduct exploratory research and improvements in combination with business scenarios.
• Develop various technical standard documents as required and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Have five or more years of network operation and maintenance experience.
• Possess experience in large-scale network operation and implementation, and be able to engage in network planning, design, adjustment, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Have a thorough understanding of the working principles of TCP/IP and commonly used routing and switching technologies.
• Be proficient in using operation and maintenance tools such as netstat, tcpdump, and perf under Linux.
• Be familiar with the debugging deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as meticulous and rigorous analytical and problem-solving thinking.
