Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hong Kong. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and implementing business strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing presentations and reports, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong market research and analysis skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in creating and implementing business strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the staffing or HR tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
