About the Role:

Join our dynamic team of MatchBox Program, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing learning experiences of secondary school students. This position offers hands-on opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in the field of education technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development: Stay updated on educational technologies and trends, providing insights and suggestions for platform enhancements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to platform features, user guides, and training materials.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing the platform for bugs and usability issues, documenting findings, and suggesting enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Relevant experience in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, or EdTech companies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Candidates must be available for at least two days per week .
