Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE & Luxury Travel Specialist at The Events Team in Hong Kong SAR. The Specialist will coordinate travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, manage group business travel logistics, and ensure effective communication throughout the event-planning process.

Qualifications

• Travel Arrangements and Travel Management Skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Business Travel coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Hong Kong SAR travel regulations and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) event planning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
