Key Responsibilities:


1.Market Strategy & Business Development

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Hong Kong’s FMCG and fashion industry trends, user needs, and competitor dynamics. Develop differentiated merchandise operation strategies leveraging JD’s supply chain and platform advantages to drive category GMV growth, user repurchase rates, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to penetrate the Hong Kong market with JD’s core products (focusing on FMCG and fashion categories). Optimize product selection, pricing strategies, and marketing resource integration to enhance market share and brand influence.

2.Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end operations of JD APP Hong Kong campaigns for FMCG and fashion categories (e.g., mega promotions, themed sales, member days), including planning, product selection, resource coordination, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, brands, and local partners to design integrated online marketing initiatives, amplifying campaign impact and driving sales conversion.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Resource Integration

  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize localized fulfillment services in Hong Kong, ensuring efficient product delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with brands and suppliers to secure exclusive products and launch resources for the Hong Kong market, building differentiated product competitiveness.

4. Data Analysis & Strategy Iteration

  • Monitor key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, repurchase rate, etc.). Generate regular operational reports and refine strategies based on data insights to respond swiftly to market changes.



Requirements:


1. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in category marketing operations within Hong Kong’s e-commerce or retail sectors, specializing in FMCG/fashion.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent cross-team communication skills to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources.

2.Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in localizing operations for Hong Kong e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Zalora) or international platforms is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong consumer behavior and market dynamics. Proven track record in creating hit products and successful campaign planning.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/SQL for actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills to independently drive complex initiatives and deliver results.

3.Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to proactively identify business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative thinking to translate industry insights into actionable strategies.
  • Resilience under pressure, adaptability to high-intensity workflows, and strong teamwork spirit.
