Our client is looking for the Sales Executive for Building Service/ Maintenance to join their team
Duties
- Support and develop maintenance business opportunities and keep good relationship with existings customers/ corporates
- Corporate with internal dept., incl. sales dept. for commercial business support
- Handle sales report and review from time to time
- Understand market situation and handle market research for new business enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or related studies, e.g. building service
- With over 5 years experience in sales, business development, with experience in Aircon/ HVAC is preferred
- Good customer relationship skills and able to handle enquiries, complaints independently
- Good Microsoft office applications
