Our client is an international company listed in Sweden that creates innovative products for active families and outdoor enthusiasts, emphasizing safety and sustainability. They are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join them.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, including payment processing and journal entry input, while assisting with month-end financial reporting.
Update the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation.
Participate in the annual inventory count in Shenzhen.
Conduct bank and cash reconciliations.
Compile the sustainability report and generate reports on purchasing expenditures.
Prepare actual liquidity reports and create payment forecasts, monitoring variances between actuals and forecasts.
Develop EBITDA reports by currency and ensure all intercompany Accounts Payable figures are reconciled and agreed upon with counterparties.
Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process regarding fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation, including preparing EBITDA reports by currency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of commercial accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
Experience with external audits is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and macros preferred.
Ability to navigate ERP systems effectively.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
A proactive and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude towards seeking and providing information.
