Job Responsibilities:

• Handle both check-in and check-out of our guests
• Maintain a high standard of service to guest expectation

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
• Knowledge of using Opera PMS would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
