Answer all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard
Enter reservations detail accurately
To maintain the filing system accurately
Job Requirements:
Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotel industry
Knowledge of using Opera system and MS Office would be an advantage
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Willing to work on shift
Fresh graduates will also be considered
