Job Summary
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar
- Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses or free-standing restaurants and bars
- Knowledge or training in mixology is an advantage
- Passionate and service oriented
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
