Job Summary
- Extend excellent service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards and values in the Concierge counter
- Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs
- Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
- Passionate and service oriented
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
