Summary

What you will do:

• To perform daily operating procedures established for the Plateau spa accommodations.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of spa services and products and the ability to up sell alternatives.
• Ensure a high level of guest relations and service and communication by providing prompt and courteous personalised service.
• Ensure that all therapy room related forms and reports are updated and completed in time.
• Provide training and development of staff to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
• Fresh graduate are also welcome
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Rooms background is preferred
