Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Test Engineer focused on manual testing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of financial products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, create test plans, and execute manual testing methodologies to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional/User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate that the system meets business requirements and is user-friendly.
• Manage Data Migration Testing: Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements.
• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans to cover all aspects of the application.
• Test Scenario and Test Case Development: Create detailed test scenarios and cases based on requirements.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases and document results meticulously.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Test Reporting: Provide clear and concise reporting on testing progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Test Closure: Ensure all testing activities are completed, and prepare final test reports.
