Job responsibilities:

1. Demand analysis: responsible for product demand research and analysis in engineering industry, demand management. Provide product solutions, etc.;
2. Market and competition analysis: analyze the market environment including customers and competitors, compare our products with other products to make optimization plan, formulate corresponding product strategies;
3. Product function design: responsible for the research and development of software and hardware products, product development planning and complete product prototype and component design;
4. Product management: responsible for improve demand management processes, standards and system construction;
5. Product operation: Review the use of functions and formulate product upgrade.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. 8 years’ experience in product design and engineering project
3. Deep understanding of the construction engineering industry, with experience in Building Information Modelling, digital construction, smart cities, smart construction sites and other related industries is preferred,
4. Proficient in product design tools, such as Axure, Mokdao, Sketch, etc.,
5. Proficient in mind map tools, such as X-mind, MindMaster, Visio, etc.,
6. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with other departments.
