Job Description:

General Support Jobs (Helpdesk)

  1. Help desk support – trouble shooting and resolution to application problem.
  2. Frontline diagnostic of problem
  3. Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network.
  4. Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services. 
  5. Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
  6. Periodic virus-checking service.
  7. PC Workstation Relocation Services & PC Support
  8. PC / Notebook / Monitor installation and configuration
  9. Hardware and software technical support, inventory, documentation

OS/Software Support Jobs (NT & general OA software)

  1. Software re-installation or re-configuration.
  2. Handle general software problems.
  3. Data or programs backup (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
  • Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • At least 2 years experiences, have good attitude and willing to learn
  • Engineer must be smart, have good presentable skill.
