Support in the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on/off-boarding arrangement, recruitment and selection, C&B etc;
Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels.
Assist in planning and executing company events and staff activities
Assist reception function in a professional manner including greeting visitors, answering telephone calls
Provide all administration supports to the Company, including procurement of stationary, printed matters, office supplies and etc
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent communication in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
Computer literate, knowledge of SharePoint is a bonus.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
A good team player who can work independently and proactively.
Proficient in MS office, Outlook 365.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
