Job Responsibilities:
 

HR Aspect:

  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, benefit administration, performance management, and employee engagement in Hong Kong; hands-on payroll experience is preferred
  • Handle daily HR operations and general staff inquiries in Hong Kong
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Keep proper leave and attendance records within the Department
  • Provide support on C&B projects in Hong Kong, including HRIS enhancement, e-flow digitalization, revamp 
  • Support to review and revamp HR & Admin policies and procedures in Hong Kong 
  • Prepare HR reports & organizational chart for management review
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks when necessary
     

Admin Aspect:

  • Assist the Team Head to supervise a small admin team to provide day-to-day operation in Hong Kong office
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including flight schedules and hotel arrangements with overseas countries
  • Handle vehicles license issues
  • Support office maintenance, repair and renovation work if needed
  • Prepare proposal to the management for cost analysis of different vendors' quotations for office administration projects
  • Report and follow-up claim issues with broker and concerned parties

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4+ years of solid HR and Administration experience
  • Team-player with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably have hands-on experience using business intelligence tools and automation tools, such as MS form, Power BI and Power Automate 
  • Well versed with Hong Kong employment ordinances 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Officer
  • Immediate available is an advantage
