Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the development of the youth volunteers and maximize their benefit from the learning experience by performing the tasks
2. Provide overall coordination and management of the programme and training
3. Provide administrative and logistics support to the volunteers during their assignment period
4. Maintain good partnerships with different stakeholders of the programme
5. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme and training
6. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in HR discipline, Social Science or any related fields
2. Min. 1 year’s relevant working experience in related field
3. People-oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
5. Proficiency in Windows, MS office and internet
6. Immediately available will be an advantage
7. Prospective employee is requested to submit the result of the Sexual Conviction Record Check

Location: Kwai Chung

We offer a 1-year contract with 5-day week & competitive remuneration to the right candidate.
