Responsibilities:

•  Contact Architects & interior designers for product specification and tendering
•  Contact with Property Developer & consultant for product promotion
•  Accountable for sales target through proactive and aggressive selling manner
•  Perform outstanding and professional customer service to achieve sales-target
•  Able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
•  Anticipate customer needs and be able to instantly provide appropriate solutions
•  Develop and maintain long term relationship with existing and prospective clients
•  Assist the sales operation and work as a team to achieve monthly sales target
• Maintain proper merchandising display in accordance with brand’s requirement
• Implement marketing plan achieving target

  Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Aggressive, self-motivated, pro-active problem solver, logical thinker and outgoing
• Good communication, presentation, customer service attitude and negotiation skills
• Possess sharp business sense
• Strong selling and presentation skills and able to work under tight schedule
• Presentable and able to accumulate product knowledge and sell confidently to customers
• Keen, reliable, independent and an organized and detailed person.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing
• Experienced in sales of interior material and deal with architect & interior designer
• Sales experience with min 1 year in is preferable
