Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports for Hong Kong and overseas companies. 
• Assist in preparing annual report, interim report and other announcements.
• Provide support for group-level financial accounting and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct business performance analysis.
• Prepare statutory accounts and handle tax-related matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual and interim audits.
• Assist in reviewing and establishing internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent is preferred.
• Work experience in audit /a listed company/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.
• A good team player with a can-do attitude and positive energy.
