Job Description:
If you have an engineering background and are eager to engage with medical professionals, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Field Service Technician/Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our cutting-edge medical technologies and helping to expand our business.

Duties:

• Perform device installations both pre-delivery at the warehouse and post-delivery on-site at customer locations and exhibition venues.
• Conduct regular device functionality checks on inventory, and execute troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair if necessary.
• Provide onsite service to conduct corrective and preventive maintenance services for customers in hospitals and universities as assigned.  
• File service claims with manufacturers to obtain approval for spare parts needed for repairs and replacements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Engineering disciplines.
• Substantial experience in field service roles.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent manners and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
