Assist in managing the pre-sales process for the company’s technical solutions.
Support the sales team in preparing sales-related documents and materials, including quotations, proposals, presentations, and invoices.
Manage client accounts and provide support for ongoing business development activities.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Provide back-office support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Information Technology or Business related disciplines;
1 year working experience in sales support/customer services/business development support role;
Able to handle multiple concurrent activities, work independent and willing to listen patiently for the clients’ needs;
Quick learner, reliable, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to deliver quality pre-sales and post-sales customer services;
Interested to develop the career in the field of financial technology;
Good command of written and spoken English ,Mandarin and Cantonese;
Knowledge of Microsoft software for preparing quality documents;
Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience/qualifications will also be considered.
