Responsible for monitoring the payment of wages and MPF contributions
Provide all necessary assistance to the Labour Relations Officer in monitoring process
Assist the Labour Relations Officer in the handling of complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions
Requirements
Completed Secondary 5 or equivalent
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation
Good computer knowledge preferably with experience on the operation of a computerized smart card system
Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry is preferable
2 years’ full time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties; or Post- secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferable
Immediate available is preferred
Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or in Business disciplines
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
