Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
• Assist to facilitate different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, staff engagement and employee relations
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers HR policies and procedures
• Identify recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer management
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in sizable organization
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and being tactful to deal with all levels of people in different departments
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Well verse in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate or short notice availability is preferred
