Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
Assist to facilitate different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, staff engagement and employee relations
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers HR policies and procedures
Identify recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer management
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in sizable organization
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and being tactful to deal with all levels of people in different departments
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Well verse in Mandarin is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Immediate or short notice availability is preferred
