Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new Trust structures, including due diligence checks etc.
  • Fulfil the fiduciary duties of a trustee, attend to statutory filings, and ensure completeness of the client files and common folders.
  • Keep abreast of updated market trends and understanding of trust administration processes and relevant legislation.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders for Trust relationships across multiple jurisdictions.


Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Trust industry, preferably a member of STEP/ISCA/CGI/HKCGI
  • Good knowledge of various (including complex) trust & corporate products
  • Excellent client servicing skills with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
