Responsibilities: - 

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable & accounts receivable, managing intercompany and/or treasury transactions, preparing monthly financial statements, and coordinating annual audits and taxation.

  • Manage accounts payable/accounts receivables and ensure timely processing of invoices
  • Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Prepare full sets of accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Compile monthly financial statements and analyze variances
  • Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Who We Are Looking For: - 

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder / Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines 
  • HKICPA / ACCA / HKIAAT student member / or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid accounting experience
  • Familiar with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills
  • Proactive, responsible, positive attitude, fast learner and detail-oriented 
  • Good command of English and Mandarin 
  • Less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
