Responsible for the overall marketing planning and operation of exhibition and event projects.
Monitor the production plan and schedule of events to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Oversee quality, production, and on-site operations as project management representative.
Achieve on-time delivery and meet the quality standard.
Prepare and manage project costing, and the post-event evaluation process to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for future events.
To consolidate and collaborate with the internal project teams on the project and resources requirement.
Work with internal project teams to enhance production efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
To monitor the sub-contracting activities of the company including strategic planning and allocation of such resources
To work with production vendors and subcontractors to best achieve the quality deliverables for the company
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that all necessary supplies and services are available and delivered on time.
Requirement - Degree holder or above - At least 4 years working experience, relevant of Marketing / Event management experience is preferrable. - A good perspective on brand and business - Strong communication, leadership, inter-personal and project management skill. - Excellent relationship building skills, oral, written and interpersonal communication
Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure with minimal supervision, willing to work overtime to meet tight deadlines.
Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Knowledge of Microsoft office skills, i.e. Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
