Responsibilities: -
- Financial Review: Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with HKFRS
- Internal Control: Evaluate and enhance internal controls over financial reporting to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, analyzing variance, and providing insights for management
- Audit and Tax Compliance: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and readily available. Assist in tax compliance and reporting activities
- Operations Monitoring: Oversee daily financial operations and cashflow, including payment and receipt handling, ensuring timely and accurate transactions processing in compliance with Company Policies
- Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarter and other departments to facilitate financial reporting, operations, address inquiries, and support collaborative initiatives
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as requested
Who We Are Looking For: -
- Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified HKICPA/ ACCA or student members
- At least 5 years of accounting/ auditing experience
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting & ERP systems
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, responsible, fast learner and detail-oriented
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
- Immediately available is highly preferred
