Building Services Consulting Engineers

A well-established consulting engineering company with increasing portfolio of projects in Mainland, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Region is seeking for an IT co-ordinator to provide support in conjunction with external IT specialists on Company’s computer/IT network.

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related subject.
• 2 years IT experience in managing company’s workstations, server and network.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome and considered as an assistant.
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide support on day to day management and control on company’s workstations including help desk services, troubleshooting hardware and software, server and network connecting data centre and offices in different regions in mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Liaise with external IT specialists and vendors to re-solve IT related issues.
• Report to Senior Management and propose solutions lead regional IT teams to align with group policy.
