Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation
• Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
• Partake in baking, bread making, dessert making and ice cream preparation. 
• Junior to senior roles available
• A good team player
• Fluent in English and/or Cantonese

工作職責:
 

• 根據主廚的指示，準備和烹調食物，確保菜餚的品質和口味
• 預備和切割食材，包括蔬菜、肉類和魚類等
• 清洗、切割和製備各種配料和調味料，
• 負責保持廚房的清理和整潔，確保符合衛生標準
• 隨時關注食材的使用情況及儲存方式，並確保按時進貨
• 協助其他廚師完成日常工作任務

Requirements: 

● Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate / 文憑或相當於職業培訓證書 

● At least 2 years’ culinary experience in western cuisine or related / 至少2年西廚或相關經驗 

● Experience working at Westerb restaurants preferred / 有在高級餐廳工作的經驗者優先考慮 

● Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented / 熟悉廚房衛生、富有創意和服

務意識 

● A good team player with strong communication skills / 良好的團隊合作能力和良好的溝通技巧 

● Punctual, highly motivated and responsible / 守時、積極主動和有責任心 

● Fluent in English, Cantonese is preferable / 流利英語，基本廣東話
