Job Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
• Analyzing project costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular cost updates to stakeholders
• Resolving contractual and commercial disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Providing technical advice and support to the wider project team

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor status or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry
• MHKIS will be added advantage
• Proven track record of delivering successful quantity surveying services for civil engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools
• Strong understanding of construction law, contract administration, and risk management
