Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
Analyzing project costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings
Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitoring project progress and providing regular cost updates to stakeholders
Resolving contractual and commercial disputes in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Providing technical advice and support to the wider project team
What we're looking for
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Chartered Quantity Surveyor status or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry
MHKIS will be added advantage
Proven track record of delivering successful quantity surveying services for civil engineering projects
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools
Strong understanding of construction law, contract administration, and risk management
