• Responsible for engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete IT Support projects
• Provide on-site installation, configuration, migration and maintenance of IT related hardware and applications
• Determines task details by understanding the design overview and scope of work handed over by pre-sales team
• Prepares status reports and recommendation

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in IT field
• Basic knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Willing to learn, on job training and IT certification training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome
