Job Description

• Work in event management activities such as International Events, gala party, award presentations, conference and event productions.
• Responsible for planning, managing and executing corporate, industry and brand events;
• Assisting in producing a diverse program of event work such as music and staging performances;
• Coordinating with the artists / performance groups regarding event production;
• Managing the contractual and liaison work with service providers and consolidating meeting documents and presentation materials;
• Technical background and knowledge in the areas of video/ sound, lighting and innovative technology offerings
• Strong relationship with vendors and suppliers
• On-site production execution and management.

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years solid working experience in event management or production field is a must. Have a good vision in career path development on event management field.
• He/she must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Proven ability to work independently, priorities tasks, set and meet deadlines and correspond with members and others.
• Well organized, good communication skills and in team works. Have a good leadership skill is an advantage for the role.
• Responsible, independent and willing to work overtime, under pressure, and meet tight schedules.
• Have music and video editing knowledge is an advantage
• Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible
• Hong Kong resident

Salary

• Negotiable depends on working experience
• Commission and bonus is applicable with performance
