Lead the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion of projects according to agreed scope, time, cost and quality
Manage the stakeholders throughout the process and drive critical decisions with sponsors and the sponsor’s expectations
Develop project plan, budget and manage cost for project completion
Control, manage and report issues, risks and changes in scope
Provide project management support to other departments or business partners on all project issues and activities
Identify risks and report to senior management which risks may affect the success of the projects and formulate strategies to minimize risks
Requirements:
Degree holder preferable in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum of 6 years of progressive project management experience
Experience in project management gained from Financial Services industry, prior experience in workflow automation/ process re-engineering preferred
Proficiency in English and Chinese required
Project Management Project (PMP) or Agile Certification is strongly preferred
In-depth understanding of various project management methodologies practices and tools
Detailed-oriented, strong Project Management Skill set
Strong communication skills and a team player
