THE JOB

• Handle customer phone inquiries / feedback 處理客戶一般查詢
• Service order co-ordination with technical service section and customers 協助客戶安排上門維修事宜
• Maintain customer records through information received from incoming calls 處理客戶資料輸入並確保正確無誤
• Conduct outbound call to promote products and services to potential customers 為客戶提供專業意見及產品介紹
• 5-day work shift from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm 五天工作, 星期一至六, 早上9時至下午6時
   

THE PERSON

• Secondary school graduate or above 中五程度或以上
• Candidate with 1 year or above of call center who experience in complaint handling / promote products and services is highly preferred具一年或以上有客戶服務、申訴處理及推廣產品經驗者優先考慮
• Good telephone manner, patient and willing to serve 良好電話禮儀, 耐心提供優質服務給客戶
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 良好的粵語、基本英語和普通話
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing 懂得電腦應用及中英文輸入法
• Would be an advantage with home appliance / consumer electronics experience 有相關家電客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
