Directly report to the Account Manager and assist Director – Financial Lines & Corporates for corporate account servicing in general insurance.
Ensure quality service delivery to clients including answering enquiries, preparing quotations or proposals and providing after-sales service.
Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and insurance companies.
Willing to learn and self-motivated.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years working experience in general insurance field. Experience in financial lines will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Account Executive.
Diploma or above. Preferable graduate in risk management or insurance aspect.
Progress in professional qualifications in Insurance (like CII or ANZIIF etc) would be an asset.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
Out-going, positive attitude and sociable character.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and work independently.
