Major Duties:   (Including but not limited to the below)

• Ensure the daily Operation of the eCommerce’s Logistic & Warehouse runs effectively and efficiently;
• Formulate the strategies and procedures to operate the eCommerce’s Logistic & Warehouse Team;
• Supervisor and manage the Logistic & Warehouse’s Operation Team to achieve the company goal & targets;
• Co-operate with different internal parties (e.g. IT, Finance, Project Teams) and external parties (Clients, Vendors and etc), in order to meet the company standards;
• Monitor and analysis the operations data, in order to ensure the operation can run smoothly and effectively;
• Handle Ad-Hoc emergency cases and customer complaints, maintain a high level of customers satisfaction and company reputation.

Main Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Logistics, transportation or business related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience, at Manager / Supervisor Level, in Logistics / Warehouse operations which gain from Large Scale eCommerce or Online Shopping Platforms such as “淘寶，京東，拼多多，HKTV Mall，eBay，Amazon or etc” ;
• Extensive knowledge and skill to manage large scale Logistic & Warehouse Team with fast going environment and operations;
• Excellent management, communication and analytical skills and able to overcome the Ad-Hoc emergency issues independently;
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

** Less related working experience candidate wil be consider as Assistant Manager role. **
